What if my plant looks damaged?
Please allow time for recovery first. If the plant does not improve, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and packaging.
Do you guarantee plant survival?
No. Plant health depends on environmental conditions and care after delivery.
Why didnβt my seeds germinate?
Germination depends on factors such as soil, moisture, temperature, and planting method. Results may vary and are not guaranteed.
