- We currently ship within the United States only
- International shipping is not available at this time

We partner with trusted growers and suppliers across the United States.
- Orders may be shipped from different locations
- Items may arrive in separate packages
This allows us to provide a wider variety of plants and maintain product freshness.

We offer FREE shipping on all U.S. orders.
⏱ Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 3–7 business days
- Processing takes place Monday–Friday (excluding holidays)
Please note:
- Some plants require additional preparation before shipment
- During peak seasons (spring and fall), processing times may be longer
- In some cases, orders may take up to 2–4 weeks before shipping
🚚 Delivery Time
- Estimated delivery time: 4–10 business days after shipment
- Total estimated timeframe: 7–15 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, and carrier conditions.
📦 Tracking Information
- Tracking is provided when available
- Some items (such as seeds) may be shipped without tracking
- Tracking updates may take 1–3 days to appear
In some cases, packages may be marked as "Delivered" before they arrive. Please allow additional time.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.
We are not responsible for:

- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect deliveries
- Packages marked as delivered but not received

Plants are living items and may experience minor stress during transit.
- Wilting or leaf drop may occur
