At Natalie’s Botanical Garden, we provide seeds, plants, and botanical materials that are natural, living products.
Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.

Due to the perishable nature of plants and seeds, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
- Failure to germinate or grow
- Plant decline after delivery
- Change of mind
- Normal variation in plant size or appearance
🌿 Understanding Living Products
Plants and seeds are influenced by many factors beyond our control, including:
- Environment and climate
- Soil conditions
- Watering and sunlight
- Plant care practices
We do not guarantee germination, growth, or long-term plant success.
⚠️ If There Is an Issue
If your order arrives with a significant issue related to shipping damage, we’re here to help.
To be eligible for review:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- You must provide clear photos of:
- The plant or item
- The packaging
We will review each case individually and offer a resolution if appropriate.
🌱 Plant Condition Upon Arrival
It is normal for live plants to experience minor stress during shipping.
- Wilting or leaf drop may occur
- Plants may need time to adjust to their new environment
Please allow 3–7 days for recovery before contacting us.
🚚 Shipping-Related Concerns
Once your order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays
- Carrier-related issues
- Lost or stolen packages
- Packages marked as delivered but not received
We recommend contacting your local carrier for assistance in these cases.
