Grow one of the most unique and eye-catching tomatoes with these Indigo Rose Tomato seeds. Known as the first truly purple tomato variety rich in anthocyanins, Indigo Rose produces fruits with deep purple to nearly black skin where exposed to sunlight. Anthocyanins are beneficial plant compounds also found in blueberries and other dark-colored fruits.

Developed by Dr. Jim Myers at Oregon State University through traditional, non-GMO breeding, Indigo Rose combines exceptional color with delicious homegrown flavor. This variety has heritage from wild tomato species collected in Chile and the Galapagos Islands in the 1960s.

These seeds are organically grown at Four Oak Farm in Santa Rosa, California. Indigo Rose tomatoes are suitable for home gardens, raised beds, greenhouses, and containers, producing abundant antioxidant-rich fruit throughout the growing season.

You will receive fresh seeds from the current growing season, ready for planting.
