Extend your home grape harvest season with this live Yates Seeded Grape plant, shipped in its nursery pot and ready to plant. Developed at Cornell University’s Geneva Experiment Station and introduced in 1937, Yates is a hardy late-ripening red grape variety known for excellent cold storage and dependable production.

The large grape clusters have tough skins that resist rain and bunch rot, with a pleasantly fruity flavor ideal for fresh eating and home use. Ripening about one week after Concord grapes, Yates extends the fresh grape season into late summer and fall. This vigorous and productive grapevine is easy to manage and perfect for backyard vineyards, trellises, arbors, and edible gardens.
